Do I need to bring my own hair?
Yes. Clients must provide the required hair, lace, wig or bundles for their selected service unless the service description states otherwise. We work exclusively with Raw or Virgin Human Hair and accept HD, Swiss or French lace only. If you are unsure what to provide, please contact us before booking.
02What happens if I’m late?

What happens if I’m late?
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After the 15-minute grace period, a £20 late fee applies. If your arrival is so late that it impacts subsequent appointments, your appointment may be cancelled at the stylist’s discretion.

Do you offer training?
Yes. We offer Wig Making, Beginner Melt, Advanced Melt and Snatch My Ponytail classes. Training classes are not booked through the online booking system—please email us directly to enquire.
