All wigs require an assessment before acceptance. Severely damaged lace may not be accepted. Wigs with bundles cut into multiple pieces may be returned. Replacement services for Forever Peng Hair wigs include removal of old lace, new lace installation, customisation and basic styling.

An in-studio fitting to ensure your wig fits securely, comfortably and correctly. Includes head measurements, hairline analysis and colour matching.

A 50% deposit is required to secure training. You will need a model and 1–2 bundles of human hair depending on your chosen style. A model and hair can be supplied at an additional cost. All other equipment is provided, together with a goodie bag, recommended product list and a certificate of completion if qualified. Classes are not booked through the website.
